Coming from Crete, this Assyrtiko is a hint richer and fruitier than the Assyrtiko wines coming from Santorini. Enjoy bursting notes of fresh green apple and lemon with a hint of oregano and thyme. With three months aging on the lees, the finish is long, rich and complex.
