Juan Sojo & Ángel Luis González studied oenology together and have been making wines together ever since. They wish to prove their homeland's winemaking potential and through this mission have recovered one of the region's forgotten varieties: Eva de los Santos. They are also the only organic Producer in all of Extremadura, Spain.
This 100% Eva de los Santos is lightly floral, crisp & dry with refreshing notes of tart citrus and green apple. Sauvignon Blanc lovers, take note!
About The Varietal
Eva de los Santos
Eva De Los Santos Blanco is a rarely grown indigenous white grape variety from southern Spain. It is characterized by its rounded, full-bodied nature and subtle floral notes, somewhat resembling the style of a Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc wine.
