Juan Sojo & Ángel Luis González studied oenology together and have been making wines together ever since. They wish to prove their homeland's winemaking potential and through this mission have recovered one of the region's forgotten varieties: Eva de los Santos. They are also the only organic producers in all of Extremadura, Spain.
This 100% Eva de los Santos is lightly floral, crisp & dry with refreshing notes of tart citrus and green apple. Sauvignon Blanc lovers, take note!
