Maison Louis Latour has been synonymous with wine excellence in Burgundy since 1797. There's really just nothing quite like this house's history and depth. This Pinot Noir, from one of the finest villages in the Cote d'Or, is more subtle than some of their other options, with a delicate approach on the nose and palate. But black fruit, coffee, and vanilla emerge, and the finish of this wine is outstanding and elegant. 94 points from Wine Spectator
