Even though the 2021 Vosne-Romanée Cros Parantoux 1er Cru was racked in mid-July, it still shows a significant reduction on the nose, making it hard to assess fully. The palate, however, is velvety smooth with fine acidity and good concentration, offering layers of dark berry fruit. There’s a slightly candied quality and a hint of dark chocolate toward the finish. Overall, it's a very refined wine.
