The Trout Gulch Pinot Noir utilized 75% whole cluster fruit in fermentation, and shows notes of salted raspberry, wet stones, and delicate red flowers. The palate shows super fine tannins, crunchy red fruit and perfume on the finish, with a long-lasting mineral feel.
