2021 was epic vintage for rosé in Ballard Canyon! A cool spring and moderate summer allowed the grapes to ripen slowly & evenly while preserving radiant acidity all rosé needs. Showing aromas of tart strawberry, firm peach, lemon, Kaffir lime, and a hint of fresh mint, this wine is unbelievably fresh due to partial carbonic fermentation and zippy, tangy acidity. Break out the spicy food, soft cheeses, and picnic baskets!
