MINIMAL INTERVENTION
We just started working with the Chateauneuf-du-Pape from this producer, and we're pumped about their Rhone-appellated rosé!
This wine starts with aromas of of ripe, macerated strawberries, raspberries, and peaches, with a faint earthy and peppery base, coming together nicely with fresh clay minerality on the soft, round and weighty palate. This rosé is balanced and fresh, making it a fine companion for rich foods like grilled lamb loin chops, burgers, spicy sausages, fresh tomato sauced pastas, and mezze platters.
