Fausto and Cinzia Cellario are the third generation in their family to make wine outside of Langhe in Piedmont, Italy. Working exclusively with grapes indigenous to the region, they employ organic winemaking practices to create authentic and approachable wines. Their rosé is dark and savory, with notes of red berries and spice.
