This wine is built to resemble the best rosé from Bandol, France. Fermented only with native, wild yeasts, then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months, this wine has a creamy, rich mouthfeel. Aromas of red fruits, orchard peach, and citrus combine with a saline minerality for a complex rosé, at home with a Provençal table of roasted vegetables, garlicky aioli, and olive tapenade.
