The name "Wind, Sand, and Stars" is a reference to a French kids story "The Little Prince" and a reminder to always live and love fully, always recognize the present moment. We hope this blanc-de-noir style sparkling gamay keeps you in the present moment. 

Originating from one of the highest vineyards in all of California, and harvested when sugar levels are relatively low, thus preserving the bright acidity. On the nose this has all the classic Gamay red fruits, a little milk chocolate, while the palate is clean full of citrus and a mineral driven finish.
