We are all about Gonc Winery this year! A new addition to the UG wall, these natural wines are all about freshness. This rosé pet-nat is super-light, almost the color of watermelon juice. The nose is citrus-driven, and the palate is smooth and richer than you'd expect. Juicy red grapefruit and tart strawberries are the primary notes here. This would pair with appetizers and grilled seafood, but we're going to enjoy it as an aperitif all summer long.
