Varietal: Aghiorghitiko, Syrah, Mavrofilero
Region: Argos, Peloponnese, Southern Greece
Each grape variety comes from its own high elevation parcel. This wine is crazy in terms of how the wines were aged. The Aghiorghitiko was done in acacia wood barrel, the Syrah in stainless steel, and the Mavrofilero in amphora!!! Leave it to the Greeks for some old-school winemaking techniques with a bit of modern thought. Enjoy!
