Varietal: Aghiorghitiko, Syrah, Mavrofilero

Each grape varietal is comes from its own high elevation parcels. This wine is crazy in terms of how the wines were aged. The Aghiorghitiko was done in acacia barrel, the Syrah in stainless steel, and the Mavrofilero in amphora!!! Leave it to the Greeks for some old-school winemaking techniques with a bit of modern thought. Enjoy!
