An aromatic nose - apple cider, apple, citrus fruit and florals. On the palate, citrus fruit, sour apple and stone fruit. Dry, medium body, crisp acidity. Delicious, smashable and refreshing. 70% Xarel-lo fermented in inox + 30% Muscat fermented in clay amphora. Aged 6 months in the bottle.
