Father and daughter team Gerard Ruppert and Benedicte Leroy are the winemakers behind this biodynamic bubbly. Using 100% Chardonnay from clay and limestone soils, Ruppert and Leroy carefully craft this Brut Nature – allowing for a true expression of the wine with minimal intervention. The "Martin Fontaine" spends six months in barrel sur lie, and an additional two years in bottle sur lattes. The result finds elegant notes of flower and citrus that meet a rich and creamy texture; all held in perfect balance by a lively acidity and minerality.
