2012 Pares Balta Cava Blanca Cusine (Penedes, SP)
Aromas of dried fruit, apricot, raisins and a hint of toast with honey. The palate brings forth elegant acidity, orange zest, candied fruit, buttered biscuit and a light almond finish. The bubbles are small resulting in a delicate mouthfeel and finish.
