The Perrachon family has been making wine since 1601, and making wine in Beaujolais since the mid-1800s. This offering is a light-bodied wine with a LOT going on. The nose is aromatic with peach, red fruit, and flowers. The family suggests serving this with richer foods despite its light body, as the intensity of the nose and flavors can keep up with even the richest French fare. Lovely with a chill!
