Blending is an art, and in Melios we have a harmonious song, expertly performed. A minority portion of Viognier-like Malagousia tempers the Sauvignon Blanc-like Roditis. Indigenous varietals around the world are being rediscovered. You don't want to be left behind as the wine world moves away from the international (French) varieties that dominated the last century! This is an excellent value and a great foray into exploring with the world REALLY has to offer!

    About The Varietal

    Roditis

Rhoditis, a Greek wine grape with pink skin, has been traditionally cultivated in the Peloponnese region of Greece. Before the phylloxera outbreak, it held significant importance in the Greek wine sector because of its late ripening and capacity to retain acidity in hot climates, particularly in regions like Peloponnese and Thessaly.
