Romitorio's Rosso di Montalcino is true to the Rosso made from younger vines, and in a fresher, earlier-drinking style than their Brunello stablemates. Approachable now, it affords a look ahead to the 2017 Brunello vintage, which will be released later; pair it with lively Tuscan dishes.
