September Urban Sampler: Fall for the New Kids on the Shelf
You know we’re always hard at work here, finding delicious new wines for every season and every occasion. As the days (hopefully) start cooling off, we’ve found some fresh bottles to pair with low-hassle, back-to-school dinners, and Sunday afternoon picnics and hikes.
*3W* 2020 Carminucci "Grotte sul Mare" Falerio Bianco (Marche, IT)
As you might guess from the label, this wine is PERFECT for fish. This crisp, fresh, easy-drinking white just might be your next weeknight go-to.
2021 Kumusha Cinsault Rose (Western Cape, SA)
Tinashe Nyamudoka never fails to impress! This bright and savory rosé is the newest addition to our Kumusha lineup, and we're straight-up LOVING it.
*3R* 2017 Bodegas Santo Tomas "Mision" Tinto (Mexico)
One of the newest additions to our Mexican wine collection, this 3-way blend of red grapes is smooth, fresh, and way too easy to drink. Pair with salmon, grilled chicken, or a mushroom burger slathered in BBQ sauce.
*4R* 2019 Cherche Midi "Pays d'Oc" Rouge (Languedoc, FR)
Loosely translating to "Look For Mid-Day", this organic, lunchtime-friendly red is a great option for that Sunday picnic in the park. Serve this with a roast beef sandwich or a charcuterie platter for a truly perfect pairing.
