In the local Sardinian dialect “Chida” means “week”, with the intention being that this is a wine that is perfect for any day of the week! Showcasing a cooler terroir from the interior of the island, this is a blend of Cannonau, Bovale, and Syrah, all grown organically. This is a very versatile & food-friendly red, opening up with tart red berry flavors which give way to darker, spicier flavors as the wine opens up.
