Warmer growing regions, fully ripened grapes, extended barrel-aging add to the wine’s body
Bodegas Santo Tomas has been making wine for over 130 years. It was the first winery established in Baja California, and is the first Mexican winery to have a female head winemaker, Laura Zamora!
This white blend offers aromas of magnolia, yellow apple and honey, with fresh citrus on the palate.
Enjoy with roasted veggies with a bit of cheese or dairy! Creamed spinach, broccoli cheddar soup, or a loaded baked potato are our favs!
About The Producer
Dating back to 1791, the original vines of Bodegas Santo Tomas were first planted by Dominican Friars at the Misión de Santo Tomás de Aquino. While they used this wine for religious practices, by 1888 this estate was converted into a full-time commercial winery. Today, Bodegas Santo Tomas honors its original mission through name and, after 200 years, is the first Mexican Winery to instate a woman as head winemaker – Laura Zamora.
