Founded by Juan Gil Gimenez in the early 20th century, the Gil family has continued to dedicate their craft to producing high-quality wines made from Monastrell, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. 

The “Silver Label” is the estates flagship wine made from 100% Monastrell. Praised for its bold and intense flavor profile, this wine boasts dark fruit flavors with notes of spice and vanilla. Aged in oak barrels imparts nuances of cedar and tobacco while creating a structure suitable for aging in the bottle.
