Donatella Cinelli Colombini all the vintners are women, as is the head winemaker, which is a unique situation in Italy. This wine uses local yeast strains and all organic farming production. Enjoy notes of forest-floor, blue-flower petal and French oak on the nose. The polished palate offers tart sour cherry, French oak and star anise alongside taut, fine-grained tannins that leave a firm, rather drying finish.
