Hailing from a very unique vineyard site in the Redwood Valley, all aspects of Les Lunes winemaking is done by hand. This Chardonnay is aged on the lees in neutral French oak resulting in a slight toastiness accompanying fresh lemon and pineapple. A creamy palate with racy acidity keeps this wine fresh and bright.
