Biodynamically farmed Pinot Gris grapes are hand picked at the perfect ripeness and cold soaked until the warm copper-rose color you see in the bottle is achieved. Aromas of lemon blossom, kaffir lime and wet stone waft out of the glass with a slight saltiness reminiscent of ocean mist. The palate is balanced, complex and beautifully layered with citrus, asian pear and gentle tannins that work in harmony sip after sip.
