Hibernal is an incredibly aromatic wine hailing from Czech Republic. Expect floral and orchard fruit aromas to burst out of the glass, and on the palate it’s deliciously dry with linear, zippy acidity! This off-dry wine was made using a reductive fermentation process in stainless steel, preserving the aromatics and making it the perfect pairing for pork or cured meats.
