After working at Champagne Bollinger, eighth generation Benoit Dehu returned to the family estate to make Champagne of his own. Benoit farms his 100% Pinot Meunier 'La Rue des Noyers' parcel biodynamically with a desire to understand and perfect his Pinot Meunier. These wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels, made from trees in the nearby forest, resulting in a unique intensity of minerality. This bottle of bubbles is deep and concentrated with notes of tart cherry, raspberry, rose and a bit of spice on the finish.
