"Jonty's Ducks" is an ode to owner Jonathan Grieve's 'posse' of ducks which patrol the vineyard. These ducks look for and destroy snails which eat the vines, as an eco-friendly way to avoid using chemicals against pets in the vineyard.
Blackcurrant, licorice and a hint of dark chocolate lead into a fresh, fruit driven palate with a hint of ground coffee on the finish. The lingering finish layered with fruit and a silky texture leave you waiting for your next sip.
