This is the perfect bottle of wine for every occasion! This blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay is organically grown and aged on the lees for 18-20 months, resulting in a delicious, creamy textured palate. Bright apple, pears and citrus lead you into a juicy palate featuring brioche, pear, melon and lively bubbles. The Chardonnay brings forth a fine, acidic structure leading to a finish of spicy candied ginger.
