This red blend of indigenous grapes from the Piemontese Alps offers a brilliant nose of red fruit, earth, leather, and jam. The palate is smooth and round, with a great balance of fine-grained tannins, bright acidity, red fruit, and notes of fig and cooked red fruit. It's certainly an interesting, well-made, natural wine.
Enjoy with steak salad, sausage, or capers and olives.
