Slightly more fruit and body thanks to warmer climates and riper grapes

This wine was made with a unique method of harvesting in which the grapes were frozen for three days on the vine before they were harvested and defrosted, then macerated with the skins for 14 days. The funky wine is unfined and unfiltered, with aromas and flavors of ginger, bergamot, tropical green papaya, and apricot. Pair this with thai food and a viewing of Ferris Bueller's Day Off!
About The Varietal
Müller-Thurgau is a white wine grape variety primarily cultivated in Germany. It is a hybrid of Riesling and Madeleine Royale, developed in 1882. Müller-Thurgau wines typically feature sweet peach aromas, low acidity, and a variety of fruity flavors. They are generally best enjoyed when young, with one noteworthy exception being those produced in northern Italy.
Enjoy with spring vegetables, soft cheeses, or aromatic herbs and delicate spices.
