This intense, fascinatingly complex red is made by partially drying the hand-harvested grapes, which evaporates water and concentrates the sugars in each berry. The resulting wine offers notes of fig, raisin, nutmeg and dark berry fruits, with an exceptionally long finish and well-integrated structure.
