The Schoffit family have been tending to the ruggedly steep hills in Colmar, Alsace for 4 generations. They choose to age their wines in exclusively stainless steel tanks to highlight the terroir of the special soil and climate of Alsace. Less floral and more terroir driven than the classic Gewurztraminer, with aromas and flavors of flint, orange peel, apple, honey and pears.
