Each varietal underwent separate fermentation processes, some subjected to partial carbonic maceration to enhance their brightness, while all were fermented with their whole clusters intact, contributing to the intricate spiciness in the aroma. The wine itself is subtle and light, characterized by minerals, and it carries fragrant notes of raspberries and cranberries. These fruity scents are complemented by hints of incense, tobacco, and subtle black pepper undertones.
