The Sparr family has been making wine since their vineyards were first planted in 1680, during the height of the Roman Empire. While passing down the torch of winemaking through generations of Sparr family members, they still continue the tradition of winemaking that began during the reign of King Louis XIV, and share the same passion for Alsatian vineyards & winemaking since their start in the 1600s. A glass of this Pinot Blanc begins with elegant aromas of white flowers and juicy pear. The palate shines with bright acidity, an underlying mineral chalkiness and a thirst quenching finish.
