A historic bottling - literally! In 1993, Felipe de Solminihac planted the first vines ever in the southern Malleco Valley. Now, this area is considered a benchmark region for cool-climate Pinot Noir & Chardonnay in Chile. This fruity yet elegant sparkler spends 24 months on the lees, with an additional 24 months in barrel. The bouquet is fruity, fresh, and minerally, with a long, powerful, yeasty finish.
