A single vineyard expression of Carmenere, this is a gorgeously complex wine made by a 6th generation winemaking family! Casa Silva goes back to 1894, and all their holdings are sustainably farmed. The 2020 “Los Lingues” shows major forest vibes: wild, dark brambly fruit like boysenberry & blackcurrant is accentuated by tobacco, fresh earth, spice, and a touch of green peppercorn. Short ribs, kebabs, and even pizza are great pairing ideas!
