This complex cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Petite Sirah is delightful from first smell to the last sip. Rich cranberry, dried plum, and elegant spice create a beautiful potpourri on the nose. Bursts of soft baking spice give way to notes of blueberry jam and sweet vanilla that transcend to a long, juicy finish. A perfect glass on its own, this wine also pairs beautifully with warm, comforting cuisine." - Theodora Lee
About The Varietal
Petite Sirah is admired for its intensely hued wines featuring robust black fruit notes and strong tannins. This grape is linked to Syrah and the uncommon French grape, Peloursin. While referred to as "Durif" in France, this wine is seldom found outside of California.
Enjoy with burgers, meatloaf, chicken thighs, and hearty vegetables.
