This is an excellent Barbera made by blending grapes grown in different vineyards ranging from 15 to 50 years of age. Vigneti Massa uses artisanal winemaking methods which results in a wine that is truly old world. Rich, frangrant and intense with pleasant notes of fruit, chocolate and balsamic. This elegant wine would be excellent with red meat, bolognese or aged cheeses.
