Hunter Valley Semillon is one of the world's most age-worthy white wines. It flies under the radar (unless you're a wine geek) but when we come across something like this bottling from Tyrrell's, we can't skip it. With half a decade on it already, this wine has years left, and it's currently in an intermediate phase where the fruit is beginning to develop into the savory style that some of us will wait for years until drinking. This is one for the cellar!
