Grapes were hand harvested and whole bunch pressed to extract high quality juice. The bubbles are delicate and give way to aromas of cooked sugar, brioche, and green apple. On the palate, delicate toasted notes meld with lemon sherbet and shortbread with a bracing acidity that lends complexity and prolongs the finish. An excellent showing of nuanced winemaking coming from the United Kingdom.
