10 months of age in 20% new French oak and no malolactic fermentation give this a Chablis-like edge. Lemon curd, white flower, tart pineapple, and salty citrus on the nose followed by a palate of tart green apple, citrus, chalky minerality, and lingering salinity. A lovely traditional styled wine coming out of Napa.

    About The Varietal

    Chardonnay

Chardonnay, possibly the most famous among white grape varieties, is frequently regarded as reaching its peak expression in its Burgundian birthplace. However, this grape has journeyed across the globe, and Chardonnay wines, ranging from outstanding to less inspiring, can now be discovered in various wine-producing regions worldwide.
