The 2018 Trujillo Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon masterfully encapsulates the essence of this vintage. Beginning with an aromatic symphony, this glass hints at the exceptional depth and concentration to come. Emanating from the glass are captivating notes of black cherry, black currant, and rich baker's chocolate, gracefully interwoven with subtle cedar and sweet clove undertones. The palate experiences an abundance of generous, full-bodied flavors that harmoniously complement the velvety richness and well-balanced structure. The wine culminates in a gratifying and enduring finish. This Cabernet embodies sheer elegance within every bottle, showcasing the greatness of the vintage. It is not only a delightful drink upon release but also promises graceful evolution with time.

    About The Varietal

    Cabernet Sauvignon

Frequently linked with Bordeaux wine blends and Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape variety that has achieved global popularity. This is largely attributed to its coveted blend of black fruit scents, firm tannins, and vibrant acidity.

    About The Producer

    Trujillo

Trujillo Wines is the namesake label for Michael Trujillo, who learned the value and reward of working the land from a young age while growing up on a Ranch in Colorado. His first discovery of his passion for winemaking came in the early 1980s while on a trip to a friend's small Napa Valley Winery, of which he still takes his inspiration. It was on this trip that he assisted in the planting of Sequoia Grove's vineyard on the Rutherford Bench, and he has never looked back since.
