Hailing from a small, 4th generation family farm, the 2017 Domaine Kientzler Gewurtztraminer offers aromas of intense and exotic fruit, especially peach, ginger, and honeycomb, supported by a very fine, fruity foundation. The palate is soft, dense, and very tasty on the tongue. The spicy profile and fine bitterness give length, elegance and vivacity. This is a superb dinner wine, which pairs well with unagi (seared sashimi), baked fish, or spicy noodles.
