Maria Jover is just 28 year old, but she is already making magical wines from organically maintained old vines. Her vision is to preserve the land and its traditions while simultaneously producing wines with a youthful, modern perspective. Notes of bright red fruit and rich earth bring her dream to life, alongside a velvety texture and long, balanced finish. Both rich and fresh, this delightful wine will have you reaching to refill your glass in no time.

    About The Varietal

    Monastrell

Mourvèdre, also known as Monastrell in its native Spain, Mataro in Australia and California, is a black-skinned grape variety that has been cultivated in vineyards across the western Mediterranean for centuries. Believed to have its origins in Spain, it is now widely planted throughout the Iberian Peninsula, southern France, California, and South Australia, reflecting its adaptability and global reach.
