An exciting new white from one of Portugal's innovative young winemakers, this Rabigato is pressed in whole clusters, undergoes spontaneous fermentation using exclusively native yeast, and is not fined or filtered. What results is a wine light in texture and bursting with flavor, with notes of acacia and orange blossom, orchard fruit and fresh herbs.
