Prié Blanc, a light-skinned grape variety, is predominantly cultivated in the alpine regions of northwest Italy's Valle d'Aosta. Thriving in high-altitude vineyards and trained using pergola systems, these vines are particularly remarkable for their resilience to phylloxera and their production of minerally, floral white wines.
