About The Varietal
A Txakoli blend is the varietals that create the bone dry, slightly spritz white wines from Spain’s Basque region. Hondarrabi Zuri is the main grape, but other indigenous Northern Spain grapes included in these wines may be Hondarrabi Beltza, Izkiriota Handi, or Izkiriota Ttipi.
